We work with the courier of world leading express companies,UPS,DHL,FEDEX,TNT..., to ensure that our customers receive their deliveries quickly and safely.All orders will be shipped out from China,unless we have local warehouse.

Order Processing Time

Normally,we will ship orders in 12 – 72 hours,full address information needed(include the person and correct CELL PHONE NO.)Left the all necessary phone/email so that we can contact you in case of any issues and with shipping updates. After delivery, we will submit the courier tracking number on the website and your email. You will receive the courier tracking number in about 72 hours(Might be delayed because of the COVID-19).

Shipping Time( Ship from China)

  • Approx 12 business days Ship to North America countries and Australia.
  • Approx 14 business days Ship to the EU countries.
  • Approx 10 business days Ship to Asia countries.
  • Approx 18 business days Ship to Russia
  • Approx 18 business days Ship to the South America countries(for the special import rules of several countries,need more longer).

Pre-Sale Delivery Time will according to the introduction declared.

Shipping Cost

After you fulfill the address information, the system will calculate the shipping cost accordingly. Freight prices vary depending on the weight of the cargo and the type of cargo (general cargo, batteries, liquid cargo).

You can calculate the shipping cost on cart page. The final price is subject to the Checkout page.

Customer Verification Policy (Prior to Shipping Out the Item)

DKlab is responsible for the detection and prevention of fraud, misappropriations, and other irregularities to protect our customers.
Once our system detects a suspicious transaction we will have to ask for additional information for verification purposes whenever a customer places multiple orders before we process the orders.

The full Billing address and Zip Code
Full Shipping address
We will not process any orders till our customer information is verified.

Package returned/lost and liability determination

The recipient is responsible for all losses if the postal address is wrong,resulting in the parcel not being recovered after delivery.

All EU and have to pay duty rules countries' order,should be pay attention the local tax rules and pay the duty when need,to get the package.No additional taxes will be paid if the package is shipped from our local warehouse.All packages ship from China,we will adjust the declared price for you to reduce the tax amount.
If a customer is unable to pay or refuses to pay the local customs duty and the machine is returned or detained, lost, the customer will be responsible for the all return shipping costs and losses.

DKlab is responsible for losses caused by the courier company in transit.Please tell us soonly when you have the problem,such as the package shipping problem/and machine broken when you get the package.


Product Warranty

Our products have the warranty policy,we can help to repair the products (freely but not include the shipping cost) if warranty vailid,we support the problem solution for the products always and maybe charge cost if out of warranty.Please attention,all the damages caused artificially and wrong way of operation will lost the warranty.So please reading and do as the manuel guide.

Returns & Refunds

Customers who have purchased from us should note that all returns/exchange enquiries must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.When you receive your ordered product,please confirm the condition at first time. Once the ordered product was used or with any damages,we can’t offer you a refund.Sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some form of manufacturing defect thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose.To be eligible for a return,please check very carefully before you open the package,item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
